Republican Rep. Lloyd Smucker won reelection to a U.S. House seat representing Pennsylvania on Tuesday. Smucker, 60, was running for a fifth term in his heavily Republican district based in Lancaster County in southeastern Pennsylvania. Smucker beat Democrat Jim Atkinson.
