Democratic Rep. Madeleine Dean won reelection to a U.S. House seat representing Pennsylvania on Tuesday. Dean, 65, was running for a fourth term in her Democratic-leaning district based in Montgomery County in suburban Philadelphia. Dean beat Republican David Winkler.
